Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re delighted with your order. We understand, however, that sometimes certain pieces just don't work for you and you would like a refund. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you.
How To Return:
  • Submit a return request via our Return Portal.
  • We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your return process within 1-3 business day.
  • Please note the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
  • If you received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, we’ll refund the original order value plus the cost of your return shipping once the items have been inspected.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. 
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
The Returned Items Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases:
Goods have been washed;
  • Man-made damage
  • Cutting off hang tags and wash mark and missing accessories
  • Any other conditions that affect secondary sales
  • Goods marked as non-returnable
  • For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair ties, headbands, bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear, and other personal clothing.

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following points in mind: Condition of Returned Items: When returning items, it is essential that they are in the same condition as when you received them. This means the items should be unworn, unwashed, in their original selling condition, and have all tags attached. Additionally, please make sure to include the original packaging. Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive your package, our team will carefully inspect the condition of the items before proceeding with the refund process. It is important to adhere to the guidelines mentioned above to avoid any complications. Cash on Delivery and Shipping Charges: Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery for returns, and we do not cover the costs of delivery or return shipping charges.
