We strive to ensure the accuracy of all quotes.Please note that the price displayed on our website includes VAT but excludes shipping costs. The shipping cost will be added to the total amount you need to pay during the checkout process. Any price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been shipped.

www.edulosia.com ships from china warehouses in different countries. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 30 business days, please contact our Customer Services.

PART FIVE - Return & Refund Policy
Return Rule

Upon receiving the returned goods from you, we will promptly inspect them and notify you if you are eligible for a refund. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 14 days from the date we confirm your eligibility for a refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original payment.

Please note that we will not accept returns if the item has been damaged or is not in the same condition as when you received it, except for cases where there is an issue with the product that existed prior to your receipt. We have specific requirements for returning goods, which include:

For product refunds within 30 days of purchase, you need to provide the original receipt and credit card slip at the store where the purchase was made.

1、We accept one refund per receipt.

2、The tags of the products must be intact, and the items should not have been cleaned, damaged, or otherwise used. They should be in the same condition as when originally purchased.

3、If our verification confirms that the goods have quality issues, we will process the return accordingly.

For flawed products, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original payment. It's important to note that this agreement does not affect your statutory rights as protected by the laws and regulations in force.

Refund Rules After Return

1、If you made a purchase with any form of discount, the refund amount will be based on the actual payment you made.

2、If you used a coupon during your purchase and decide to return the item for reasons other than a quality problem, you will not be able to reuse the coupon.

3、If you used a coupon to purchase a product and need to return it due to a quality problem,  will refund the value of the coupon used back to your account. This refund will be processed in accordance with the amount of the coupon actually used. Please note that this policy does not apply to items with quality issues purchased from physical stores.

In cases where multiple coupons were used for a single order and all items are returned due to quality problems, www.edulosia.com reserves the right to decide whether to refund the coupons and determine the quantity of coupons to be returned.

When refunding only some items from a single order, the refund amount will be calculated as follows: "required refund = Item price - coupon amount * (item price refund / Total price of the entire order)."
